The Gulf Oil Spill Help Center Says It's Critical We Identify Louisiana Fishing Camp Owners Now-DC Does Not Understand The Stakes
(Vocus) June 1, 2010 -- The Gulf Oil Spill Help Center is saying,"we do not think the average American understands what a Louisiana fishing camp is, nor do we think the average American, or President Obama understands what is at stake for Louisiana businesses, or property owners/fishing camp owners- if the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill gets into the bayous-in a massive way." The group is saying,"the BP Deepwater Horizon Gulf oil spill is now officially Americas worst oil spill-BP/the Feds are still hiding the amounts of oil we are talking about & as importantly, what could be a record storm season starts this week. We rode out Katrina +5 at a hospital in NOLA-we get it." The Gulf Oil Spill Help Center is also saying, "we want to hear from every Louisiana fishing camp owner so we can start monitoring the properties & the bayous where they sit. If something happens to a Louisiana business, or fishing camp owner we want to know about it now, so we can begin a initiative that leaves no one on the curb-if what is not unbelievably bad----gets worse." Louisiana fishing camp owners, property owners, or business owners can call the Gulf Oil Spill Help Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://GulfOilSpillHelpCenter.Com
Update: Carol Browner, President Obama’s adviser for environment and energy, said on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday May 30th 2010," the government had ordered BP to drill a second relief well in case the first did not work, and that the administration had played a significant role in calling an end on Saturday to BP's top kill” effort to plug the well with heavy drilling mud-Huh?". Ms. Browner called the Gulf spill, "which started April 22, probably the worst environmental disaster we’ve ever faced in this country, and said that it was being met with “the biggest environmental response ever-what after day 40?” According to the Gulf Oil Spill Help Center, "we saw the Browner interview-the oil spill began on April 20th-not the 22nd & the Obama Administration official acted like she had taken too many Xanax pills prior to the blah-blah-blah- interview. The group says,"why didn't Face the Nation, and or Meet the Press interview Louisiana Parish President, Billy Nungesser, James Carville, his wife Mary Matalin, and or Gov. Bobby Jindal? These people are all in Louisiana, they all understand the severity of this gigantic disaster & in our book--they are all hero's." http://GulfOilSpillHelpCenter.Com
The Gulf Oil Spill Help Center is saying,"we think President Obama is just beginning to understand how big of a deal the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill is-but we do not think the rest of America understands what is at stake for business owners, or property owners in Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, or Alabama. We are certain America does not understand how fragile a Louisiana bayou is & what happens right now if we get a Katrina like storm surge." The group is saying, "we want everyone who could be effected by this colossal oil spill, federal failure to respond in time---identified now-so we can make sure they get help-when it is needed. The BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster is not the type of storm---where you stop by Dorignac's Food Center on Veterans Blvd-on your way out of NOLA-just prior to a hurricane. We need to know who you are---where you are, and what you have already lost-or could lose before anything else happens-especially Louisiana fishing camp owners."
